My journey has been a thrilling rollercoaster, filled with its fair share of challenges. Looking back, I realize how crucial self-efficacy and emotional intelligence would have been in supercharging my early life and career. While there are numerous inspiring tales of kids from overlooked and underserved communities being the first in their families to graduate college, what often goes unnoticed is the critical shortage of coaching and mentorship they face.
