Through her company, Leadership Works of Georgia, Dr. Val is deeply invested in her clients’ career development and personal growth.

For over 30 years, Dr. Val has guided students, individuals, and corporate teams through the roadblocks preventing them from achieving breakthrough results. She helps clients attain their success by using technology to power her proprietary approach to decision-making, self-empowerment strategies, and leadership training. She is at the forefront of providing people with the tools necessary to harness their decision-making through the development of behavioral tools coupled with Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy techniques to curate their successful paths.

Dr. Val holds a Doctoral degree in Business, a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management.

As any great coach knows, Dr. Val understands that a healthy business-life balance is crucial to successful decision-making. As a community leader, Dr. Val is rooted in her faith, integrity, and family and uses those values as guidance when working with the underserved. She is a wife of over 35 years, married to her best friend, and counts her family and children among her biggest supporters.
