The subject of positive psychology has always been well-received in academia.  Students love the ideas and concepts and the potential, but it can be a bit overwhelming. Positive Psychology is a broad field that involves a wide range of topics, including mindfulness, strengths, and resilience, just to name a few.  We here at Leadership Works of GA wanted to provide students the opportunity to incorporate positive psychology into their daily lives by allowing them to look at themselves through a more holistic “lens” by using a metaphoric approach.  Let’s get started.
