This course is divided into two tracks, track 1 is designed for individual career positioning for decision-making, which looks a self-appraisal, planning, and goal setting. Track 2 is designed to guide individuals in career intervention for information gathering which looks are problem-solving and occupational assessment. Both of which are essential for career and life success. Mastery of these skills influences all aspects of our day-to-day lives. Individuals will learn to hone decision-making skills by following a methodology based on researched and sound approaches. Individuals will leave this course better equipped to confidently tackle any decision large or small, and do so in a way that creates the optimal conditions for success. Both tracks must be completed to receive “The Groundwork(TM) Mastery Certificate.
