The information collected from any third-party site is minimal and only intended to give you specific insight so that you can make wise career decisions, understand yourself, and aid in development. You get the assessment you need while we make every effort to ensure your information remains private.

The LWGA site and any third party site uses session cookies to verify whether you have been authenticated as a member user.
LWGA registration process forms requires users to give us contact information. We use your e-mail from the registration form to send materials related to specific assessments. Career-related information and promotional material are sent to you email. At any time, you may choose not to receive mailings from us; see the Opt-out section below.
The data collected by LWGA or other third parties are used in the aggregate. This allows us to better understand how each process of our service is used, and to let clients and partners know what types of people they can expect to reach. LWGA does not disclose information about individual visits or share any personal information with outside parties.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. We collect visitor’s contact information and financial information. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer’s contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary.

This site contains links to other sites. LWGA is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. LWGA partnerships are used to provide all-inclusive analysis for complete assessments and to provide additional services. Note that information submitted on co-branded pages goes directly to these partner companies and is subject to their privacy policies. LWGA is not responsible for the information that the partner companies receive.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. These include Encryption and secure socket layers. LWGA collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and to audit the use of our site. When visitors request pages from the LWGA site, our servers log the visitors IP Address. We do not normally link addresses to any personal identifying information, which means that the visitor’s session will be logged, but the visitor remains anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a visitor when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our terms of use/service or to protect our service, site, clients or to comply with any legal law-enforcement requirements.
Communication Choices
Our site provides users the choice not to receive communications from us at each point of communication. This site gives users the following options for removing their personal information from our database, to not receive future communications, or to no longer receive our service.
